Payments Accepted:
1. Paypal
We accept Credit Cards, Echecks, and Instant Payments through Paypal. When paying by Paypal, we will only ship to a Confirmed Paypal Address. Orders over $250.00 will require a signature upon delivery. Canadian Customers must pay by Paypal.
2. Money Orders
We will accept Bank and USPS Money Orders. Please Contact Us for item availability and for proper mailing instructions if you would like to pay with a Money Order. We will also email you an invoice that you can print and keep for your own records.
Shipping:
All orders will ship by UPS with a tracking number. Most orders ship within 2 business days. Customers will be provided with the UPS tracking number as soon as their order ships. Some orders will require a signature upon delivery, and customers will be notified of this when their order ships.
Displayed shipping cost is only for the lower 48 states in the United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will need to contact us for a shipping quote.
Return Policy:
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, keep the items in their original shipping boxes and contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will make arrangements for UPS to pick the item up from your location. Damaged items will be replaced with an exact replacement.
Unwanted Items:
Unwanted items must be returned to us within 10 business days. Items must be returned in like-new condition. Customers must contact us for a Return Authorization Number and for our Return Mailing Address before returning the item. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Customers must ship the item to us by UPS (with shipping insurance) and provide us with the tracking number of the returning package. Customer pays for return shipping and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
